Frank Alioto is a seasoned leader with a wealth of experience and knowledge relating to homeowner and commercial association management. For the past 17 years he has been involved in every aspect of the HOA management industry and holds (CAMEx), (CCAM), (CMCA), and (AMS) industry certifications. Prior to starting Homeowner Association Management Services Inc., he held the position of Senior Vice President of one of the largest management companies in Northern California, as well as the position of Director of Management Operations at another. He understands the work load and daily challenges facing managers, and is dedicated to improving the professional image of the HOA management industry. By placing the spotlight on the positive achievements of managers in our industry, he hopes to create a company culture that will be an attractive long term career choice for others entering, or already in the management industry.
His educational background consists of receiving an AA degree in Administration of Justice at San Jose City College, as well as a Bachelors Degree in Philosophy and minor in Political Science at CSU Hayward. He holds a Juris Doctorate Degree from John F. Kennedy University School of Law in Pleasant Hill.
In addition to his formal education and professional certifications in the industry, Frank received the Vision Award for Leadership by the California Association of Community Managers (CACM). He currently serves on their Board of Directors, and has held various positions on the Board for the past 6 years . Additionally, he has served as the Chair of the Legislative Community for CACM for the past 8 years, as well as the Political Action Committee, and has presented at numerous speaking events for CACM. In his role as Chair of the Legislative Committee, he has worked directly with the organizations lobbyist and CEO in reviewing all proposed laws that pertain to our industry and providing input on whether to support or oppose the bills as well as work with the authors and sponsors of the bills where possible.
Frank is dedicated to improving the image of the HOA management industry, and provide a rewarding long term career path for managers, and a stable, seasoned management team to assist Board’s of Directors in management of their Associations.

Daisy Ceja is an accomplished Senior Association Portfolio Manager with over 15 years of extensive experience in the property management industry. Ms. Ceja has steadily advanced through various roles, demonstrating an unwavering dedication to improving community living standards and driving operational success.
Ms. Ceja has served as an onsite manager for a prestigious community, where she has refined her skills in managing intricate residential environments with an emphasis on resident satisfaction and community engagement. Her expertise spans managing complex projects, including re-roofing, stabilization, asphalt resurfacing, pool and spa resurfacing, painting, and balcony inspections and repairs, and etc. Ms. Ceja excels at collaborating with vendors to ensure smooth project execution, cost-effective solutions, and top-quality service delivery while prioritizing the needs of the communities she serves.
Ms. Ceja holds the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) credentials. She is dedicated to upholding the highest professional standards, ensuring that associations flourish under her expert guidance. Her strategic approach, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of industry best practices, positions Daisy Ceja as a respected leader in the field of community management.

Jasmin Solorio is an accomplished Executive Administrative Assistant with over 12 years of experience in the property management industry. Ms. Solorio quickly advanced through various roles, proving to be not only a great team player, but a key member of the management team.
Ms. Solorio started in customer service moving to manage a staff of four customer service representatives. She simultaneously managed a billing and escrow department all while processing AP for many associations. She has extensive knowledge of the HOA world and has built long standing relationships with board members, vendors, agents and escrow officers.
